Online Submission Guidelines The Land Grant College Review accepts submissions year-round. Please submit only one story at a time (no more than three per year), and let us know if it is a simultaneous submission. We’re looking for wildly original and inventive short fiction and non-fiction, any length. Familiarize yourself with our current issue before submitting and send us your absolute best work. No book reviews, nothing stuffy or academic. We’re sorry, but we don’t accept poetry. We publish known as well as unknown authors. We read meticulously, and that takes time, so don’t expect a response before three months. You’ll be able to check the status of your submission online. Sometime we’ll return a rejected story with comments, but the number of submissions makes that the exception, not the rule. Payment is in copies of the magazine. Some submissions will be offered electronic publication, as a feature on our website.
